ToDo List

Here is a ToDo list for work that has to be done at our Wiki, listed in order of priority.

Projects:
- The Handbook Transclusion Project
- The Botanical Transclusion Project
- Categorization of Articles and brief descriptions for each category.
- Project: Spice [1] -> The usage of the term spice to generally refer to DMT as well as it's commonly associated alkaloids
Existing Articles:
- The Nexian DMT Handbook -> write up of several subjects is needed -- scroll down for details.
- DMT Containing Plants -> Plants need alkaloid contents and images (their wikipedia links may be helpful in this).
  - Mimosa Hostilis -> Cultivation section needed, Refinery for the Purpose of Extraction needs additional steps and photos
  - Phalaris arundinacea -> Cultivation section needed[2]
- Scientific Articles on Psychedelics -> Articles need descriptions.
New Articles:
- The DMT-Nexus ->Needs writeup, to include history.
- DMT Potentiators -> About potentiators and their interaction with DMT, e.g. Theobromine
- Solvents, Reagents, and Desiccants -> Most of these can be created simply by transcluding the wikipedia article using template:Wikipedia
  - Category:Solvent Category:Reagent Category:Desiccant -> Require new articles for any substance relevant to the nexus community.
  - All articles need proper categorization and subcategorization.
- First Aid For Alkaloid Overload -> Needs writeup [3]
- Mescaline Solubility and Other Properties [4] Needs writeup.
- Hyperspace
- Pre flight anxiety

Tasks for Completion and Edition of The Nexian DMT Handbook

The Handbook Transclusion Project

Most topics covered in the handbook are quite generalized and often demand to be assigned their own pages to go into greater detail. This project is for the purpose of giving these topics their own pages and prepping the most fundamental portions of the page to be transcluded to the handbook. This will reduce clutter in the coding of the handbook and allow for its information to remain consistent and up-to-date with the rest of the wiki. All pages contained therein will be categorized as such under the link above which also contains further elaboration on the details of this project.

Guidelines for Contributions to the Handbook and its Associated Transcluded Pages
- Articles should be generalized in a somewhat encyclopedic fashion--open-ended and comprehensive.
- Inclusion of personal opinions or predilection and unnecessary specifics--such as specific number amounts (rather, opt for ratios) and specific equipment--should be avoided.
- No procedure should be a tek in itself, but an inclusive and comprehensive representation of all teks and other bodies of knowledge found on the Nexus or related forums.
- If an empty topic contains a link to an uncreated page, all content for that topic should be put on that page, and it will be automatically transcluded to the handbook.
Articles to-do -> Remember that if an article may appropriately be given its own page, create it and transclude it, rather than adding it directly to the handbook.
- Acid/Base Extraction -> Needs writeup.
- Salting -> Needs more generalized writeup for The FASW Method and The FASIPA Method.
- Potentiation -> Both Pharmahuasca and Jungle Spice need a lot of work in order to be more generalized for a more appropriate function on the wiki. Harmaloids needs an article, as well.
- Washing Spice -> Needs clean up and expansion.
- Leaf Enhancement -> Needs procedure. Changa needs a bit of markup/cleanup and a procedure with notes and warnings.
- Vaporization -> Needs updating.
  - Glass Pipe/Oiler section needs writeup
  - The Machine needs an updated and comprehensive writeup on bubbler variations
  - Needs expansion to include alternative machine designs.
- Appendices -> While not a top priority, could use a hand from some of the more experienced chem-heads in the discussion of DMT N-Oxide, Bufotenine, and 5-MeO-DMT.
