hey i love this tek its really imformative and helpful, i just have a few questions: on STEP 6, part 6, you say REPEAT THIS four times (shake/separate) to thoroughly mix them together. This should take around 45 mins. Do you mean every single part (1-6) in step 6 or, just part 6 in STEP 6.
